What Time Is It in Lebanon Right Now?

A neighbourhood out of step. The wider region no longer moves together: some states froze their clocks and others kept switching, so Lebanon's offset relative to its neighbours now depends on the month in a way it did not a decade ago.

Anchor on Beirut noon. Beirut reaches midday at 10:00 UTC in winter and 09:00 in summer, since local noon shifts with the clocks. Nine in the morning in Berlin is ten here whichever season it is, because the two move together.

A Monday-to-Friday week, mostly. Offices generally run Monday to Friday with the weekend on Saturday and Sunday, some adding a half day on Saturday, so the working week lines up with Europe without adjustment. Hours commonly run from around eight or nine into the late afternoon.
